Alberta Collective Bargaining Agreements

The Alberta Labour Relations Board (ALRB) is an independent and impartial tribunal responsible for the day-to-day application and interpretation of Alberta`s labour laws. The role of the ALRB is to interpret and apply collective bargaining legislation, including: if you belong to a bargaining unit that has ratified its 2018-2020 collective agreement, this new contract will appear below as soon as it has been prepared, reviewed and signed in full by all parties.
